The location of the hotel was convenient and they were accommodating even for last, minute bookings. the rooms were clean and had recently been redecorated. the self, check, in process was efficient and hassle, free.

The area surrounding the hotel seemed run, down and I felt a bit insecure, especially when leaving my hire car there.

The room was spacious enough and the bed comfortable. the view from the window was quite nice. the staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions to nearby restaurants and attractions. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and some shopping areas.

The neighborhood was a bit dodgy and gave me some anxiety when walking back to the hotel at night. the bathroom had some mold in the shower and it smelled damp.

We had a wonderful romantic escape! The room was clean, neat and had a lovely view of the city. It was also in close proximity to the city center which made it easy for us to explore the area. Another great thing about our stay was the easy self-check-in process which was hassle-free.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay. The staircase was a bit steep and we had to be very careful when climbing up and down.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when they took us in last minute after our previous reservation fell through. the hotel provided great cleanliness, excellent facilities, convenient parking, and an ideal location for transportation, making my stay enjoyable.
